Nehemiah 9:6 (KJV)
Thou, even thou, art Lord alone; thou hast made heaven, the
heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are
therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and
the host of heaven worshippeth thee.
Psalm 91:11 (KJV)
For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in
all thy ways. They shall bear thee
up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Joshua 5:13-15 (KJV)
13 And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho,
that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over
against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said
unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries? 14 And he said, Nay; but as captain
of the host of the Lord am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth,
and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my Lord unto his servant? 15 And the
captain of the Lord's host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the
place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so.
Philippians 4:4-9 (KJV)
Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I
say, Rejoice. 5 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord
is at hand. 6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by
prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto
God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your
hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true,
whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure,
whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if
there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9 Those things,
which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the
God of peace shall be with you.
Ephesians 6:11-13 (KJV)
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be
able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,
but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of
this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the
whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Genesis 15:1 (KJV)
After these things the word of the Lord came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram:
I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.
Psalm 91:4 (KJV)
He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under
his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
Blood of Jesus
John 6:53-56 (KJV)
Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say
unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye
have no life in you. 54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath
eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For my flesh is meat indeed,
and my blood is drink indeed. 56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood,
dwelleth in me, and I in him.
Acts 20:28 (KJV)
Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all
the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the
church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
Ephesians 2:13 (KJV)
But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes
were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
Praising God, and having favour with all the
people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.
Ephesians 2:14-15 (KJV)
For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and
hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; 15 Having abolished in his
flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to
make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
1 Corinthians 1:2 (KJV)
Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified
in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of
Jesus Christ our Lord, both their's and our's:
Psalm 116:15 (KJV)
Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.
But of the tree of the knowledge of good
and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou
shalt surely die.
Treasures of wickedness profit nothing: but righteousness delivereth from death.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him
that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but
is passed from death unto life.
And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues,
and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every
disease among the people. 36 But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with
compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep
having no shepherd. 37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous,
but the labourers are few; 38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will
send forth labourers into his harvest.
1 Peter 4:10(KJV)
As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another,
as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
And there went great multitudes with him: and he
turned, and said unto them, 26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father,
and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own
life also, he cannot be my disciple. 27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come
after me, cannot be my disciple. 28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth
not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? 29 Lest haply,
after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him,
30 Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish. 31 Or what king, going to make
war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten
thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand? 32 Or else, while the
other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace.
33 So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.
James 1:6-8 (KJV)
But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he
that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and
tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive
any thing of the Lord. 8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.
Matthew 17:14-21 (KJV)
And when they were come to the multitude, there
came to him a certain man, kneeling down to him, and saying, 15 Lord, have mercy on my son:
for he is lunatick, and sore vexed: for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water.
16 And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him. 17 Then Jesus answered and
said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you?
bring him hither to me. 18 And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him:
and the child was cured from that very hour. 19 Then came the disciples to Jesus apart,
and said, Why could not we cast him out? 20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your
unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say
unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall
be impossible unto you. 21 Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.
I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
